As is true with all mutual business ventures, it is imperative to have agreement and a full understanding of specific expectations.

It’s my desire to only work with those who are prepared, both financially and emotionally, for achieving success and excellence in their business. If you cannot meet these criteria, then we need not waste each others time. However, if you are completely serious about moving forward together, and are prepared to do so, please review the following.

	After review of the complete project, including all recommendations necessary for success, the agreed upon cost for my services is due and payable before any work commences.
	You are entitled to no more than two revisions of your project within the first 30-day’s after completion. Revisions are simply tweaks and adjustments to the existing copy. They are not the additions of new found reasons for change in overall strategy or incorporation of new materials. These represent major change and as such are effectively a new project, requiring a new fee.
	Once the project has begun, in the unlikely event that you have determined to cancel your project before the copy is completed, there will be a 50% kill fee (50% of the entire project fee) incurred. Should you desire to open up discussion on a new project, you may be able, at my discretion, to apply your fee towards the cost of the new project.
